Reuter's Constantinople agent states that Enver Bey and sixty thousand men safely landed at Esregli under the guns of ike fleet. Hundreds of Circassians have been sent to Midia, instructed to harass the Bulgarian communications. The first attempt failed, the Circassians being ambushed and wiped out.

February 13. ■Shevket Pallia, in an interview, says that he did not accept office with the sole object of continuing the war. but in order to conclude peace.
