DIAZ PROCLAIMED DICTATOR. Mexico City, February 10. Felix Diaz has been proclaimed Dictator. President Madero is reported to have, fled to the sea coast.
MADERO MISSING. Received 11, 11.15 p.m. Mexico City, February 11. The rebels have proclaimed martial law. Information of the exact fate of President Madero and his supporters is not obtainable. General Diaz ordered little fighting, hoping to capture the Maderoists alive.
AMERICAN INTERESTS. Received 12, 12.30 a.m. Washington, February 11. Two cruisers have been ordered to Mexican waters to protect American interests.
