He considers . . there is little to chose between the South Africans, Australians, and New Zealanders in football. He attributes the victory of the Africans oveT Wales to splendid goal-kicking rather than marked superiority in ground play. The ama- ■ teur game in England was never at so high a standard, and there had never been bigger attendances. These were the results of the visits of colonials.
