TARANAKI JOCKEY CLUB. As a result of their \ictoii.-, at Hawera Undecided ha> been relmndicapped for the Taranaki Cup at !).C and Electrakoff at 8.5. Judging from the acceptances and the bookings already made for visiting horses the meeting 'should establish a record in the history of the Club. A greater proportion of'the horses racing at Haw era will be competing, and in addition there will be a .-trong contingent from Auckland, including Royal Jrinh, Elcclrakof)', Maxwell, Worcester, Allegation, Almeida, Overtime, Tiresome and Troublesome. A Melbourne cablegram stotes that at Aspendale Park yesterday the New Zealand horse Golden CainTwon the Jumpers' Flat race from jack .London and ' Sleepy Jack. Seven horses started, and Golden Cairn won by a length. Time, 2min 13sec. At the Tasmanian Turf Club's meeting yesterday the -Shorts Handicap was won by Advantage (New Zealand), from Lyre and Reine. Ten started and Advantage won by half a length. Time, 1 min 16sec.
