London, February 4. A sufl'ragetle has been arrested for breaking seven larjie -hop windows in llolborn. A pillar-box was burnt in Northumberland avenue and a large number of letters destroyed. Margaret Morrison was lined £2O, or a month's imprisonment, for throwing pepper at a constable at Levcn.
