Received 4, 11.50 p.m. London, February 4. A War Office: committee is investigating the recent deaths of nionoplanist.s. They report that there is no evidence to show that the monoplane is less stable than the biplane, and suggest a regular mechanical inspection of aeroplanes, in addition to the appointment of skilled mechanics for each squadron.
