NOTICE OF .STOPPAGE OF STREET. rpHE Council of the Borough of New Plymouth PROPOSE to WHOLLY STOP portions of Leach Street Deviation, being— ALL that piece or parcel of land, being originally parts of sections 1529 and 1530, Town of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement '.1.4 perches; bounded towards the north-west by other parts uf same sections 1529 and 1530, 256.65 links; towards the south - east by Leach Street. 251.05 links; and towaras the south-west by Eliot Street, 38 links, to the commencing poir.t. Also ALL that piece or parcel of land being originally parts of sections 961, 962, 963 and 964, Town of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 1 rood and 18.65 perches; bounded towards the north-west by parts of same sections 961, 9G2, 963 and 964, 529.51 links; towards the north - east by Cover Street, 99.58 links; towards the south-cast by parts of same sections 961 and 963, 202.98 links; again towards the north-east by part of same section 963, 7.18 links; and again towards the south-east by Leach Street, 708.26 link 3, to the commencing point.
