A REASSURING STATEMENT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, January 30. Mr. Churchill, speaking at a luncheon at Dundee, said the navy was strong, and needed to be so in these days. When the Estimates were introduced he would show it was getting stronger, and there was no danger of our superiority being diminished by changes in naval science. MALAYSIA'S GIFT. London, January 30. Mr. Churchill, replying to a question in the House by Mr. Folio, said that the Malaysian warship had already been commenced.
