The National Convention of Hoboes and Tramps decided to adopt suffragette methods in order to secure release from gaol when convicted of vagrancy. Protests were nv.'<\c against the vagrancy laws' strietiu-- in several States. The resolutions were ordered to be sent to the State Legislatures.
