Some interesting games eventuated, and. generally speaking, a very pood standard of play was maintained throughout the day. 11. Smart took his place as skip of one of the Xew Plymouth rinks, in .place, of C. Rimdle, who acted the previous' day: A Xew Plymouth team (Waugh, Hurle, Jenkinson. Firth, skip) is leading for the championship, being the only rink with five wins. The third prize in the tournament will go to the team having the least number of points scored against them, and : a West End rink [Lohb, Putt, Sole.
