Commenting on the statement, in the Manchester Guardian, that the selfgoverning Dominions had waived their rights in the wireless agreement, the Acting-Postmaster-General, Mr. Findicy, said that Australia had not backed out of the agreement. Every effort had been made during the last three years to perfect the installations throughout the Commonwealth.
THE MARCONI COMPANY SUCCESSFUL. London, January 24. The Kiag's Bench awarded the Marconi Company £OOOO against Goukaslioff for breach of contracts in connection with the Russian Company.
