P By Telegraph.—Press Association, fe Wellington, Last Night, j The meteorological conditions to the punrthward of New Zealand during the pput few days have favored the development of a cyclone. One system is now N&persing, bat Mr. Bates, tlie Dominion •Meteorologist, believes that another of * more serious type is now forming, and is likely to eventuate within two or three days. Shipping between Auckland and Sydney and along the north-east ♦oast in advised to look oat, ai:d a general warning will be issued to-morrow if ; developments make it necessary. No ordinary weather report or forecast was issued this evening, the office being closed owing to the holiday.
