At the quest it was found that he had been**' * badly knocked about, and Dr. Fyffe hadft no hesitation in saying that he lived the man had been done to death. Deceased was marked in numerous Urj places and the right periteal bone was* 1 fractured. No further light could bef.'£ thrown on the occurrence at the time,Abut recently a detective notied a man * V, wearing clothes which did not fit him. •. He questioned the man,i-a-nd satisfied with his answer. The maker'#,;;:.'', tag was torn oflf, but investigation showed that the suit was made in.Tauma— .... runui.
