Hie case of Archibald Derbie, lettercan ier, who was yesterday sentenced to one mouth's imprisonment for sendino- an indecent publication through the pos"t to a young woman, was re-heard to-day, when Magistrate Cruickshank reviewed his previous decision. He remitted the 1 sentence of imprisonment, and fined Derbie £-20.
