MR. LI'SNAR'S PROPOSAL. By Telegraph— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Now Zealand Producers' Association met, to-day and considered the suggestion to -utilise, the West of England poi is for distributing produce shipped Home, owing to the inability to secure facilities for handling at the Port of London. This suggestion was made by Mi. W. D. Lysnar, who explained the position of atlairs, and outlined a, scheme toi handling New Zealand produce tin ough the western channels. The scheme was approved but owing to the absence of some members was not ilnallv adopted. This will be done at a later meeting, after which Mr. Lysnar will tour the Dominion and. explain the scheme to producers.
