Manuel Calero, the Mexican Am- , bassador, has resigned, owing to differences with the Home Government. He advocates the support of President Madero; otherwise Mexico will be deluged with blood and a series of revolutions. If the United States intervenes in Mexico all the Latin American Republics will take Mexico's part.
