FURTHER EVIDENCE. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Calcutta, January 12. At the Agra murder trial Mrs. Fullir.iu contradicted her daughter Kathleen's evidence. Dr. Clarke explained his movements on the night of the murder. lie said i he found his wife unconscious when he returned home. A FLAT DENIAL. MURDERED l!V THIEVES. Received 13. 8.25 p.m. Agra, January 13. The police have identified the seventh : accused, named Mohou. who has not been ' arrested. Budhu confessed that Mohon was Mrs. (lark's actual murderer. Several of Mrs. Enlham's letters to Clark were introduced, wherein he referred to getting rid of his wife. Clark, in a'.statement, contradicted a portion of Kathleen's evidence. He declared that he had not instigated the murder, which was the work of thieves. Binlhu's evidence was false. Mrs. Enlham's statement describing the arrangements for his wife's murder was untrue. It was made when she was aunoved at his wife and him. The Magistrate framed charges of murder against Budhu, Randal. Kjtkhia, Budhakanjir. and charges of abetting against dark and .Mrs. Fiilham.
