THE WORLD'S WHEAT YIELD. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 10, 10.40 p.m. Washington, January 10. {The Department of Agriculture's estimate of the world's wheat yield for 1013 is 3,360.000 bushels. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London house under date Janaury Bth': Wheat.—We have sold a handy Anstraian cargo at 37s 6d, c.i.f. There is a fair demand, and the outlook is encouraging. We quote per quarter, c.i.f., New Zealand wheat long-berried "4s Od. short-berried 34s 3d. Oats.—We quote: Gartons at 2-1 s 3d. There is a fair demand.
