i SUMMARY AND FORECAST. r By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Summary.—The barometer has fallen everywhere to-day, with increasing cloudiness generally and rain on the West Coast and' southern districts. Moderate to strong westerly winds are reported generally. Forecast.—Present indications are for strong northerly winds,, veering by west to south, cloudy and unsettled weather ■with rain following generally. The barometer will probably fall everywhere, but is very unsteady and likely to rise temporarily after about 24 hours. .
