THE INTERNATIONAL GAMES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night.
The third test match between the English tennis players and the New Zealand team was eoncluded to-day in fine weather. The courts were in excellent order. Play at times was excellent, though a wintry cross wind made lob shots impossible. Swanston and Ollivier met Parke and Lowe. The visitors won the first set o—7. Swanston played excellent tennis, but Ollivier was off. The second set went to the New Zealanders B—6.8 —6. Swanston's brilliant driving was a no> ticeable feature. The deciding event' was won by the visitors 6—4, Parke proving too superior in generalship. The visitors then played two exhibition matches. Parke met Dixon, and after an interesting game prevailed G—2. o—l.0 —1. Parke and Lowe succumbed to Dixon and Beamish, who woa three sets out of five.
