VOl ICE is hereby given that in pursuance of and subject to the powers vested in it by "The Dog Registration Act, 1908," and the amendments thereto, the Xew Plymouth Borough Council hereby fixes tlic registration fee for ea«h dog within the said Borough for the year ending 31st December 1013, to be the sum of 10s, or 5s if paid before the 31st March, 1913. Sheep and cattle dogs as described in Sub-section (c) of Section 8 of the above Act, 2s 6d. And the said Council hereby appoints the Town Hall, King Street, New Plymouth, to be the Registration Office at which dogs may be registered and at which the Register Books shall be kept and appoints Benjamin Tippins to be Registrar under the provisions of the said Act.
