i EXTRACT FROM "FARM BULLETIN," BRISBANE. QURING JJAMMIXIS A case of mammitis very quickly cured by Skinner's Mammitein came under the notice of the "Bulletin" at the recent show. Bracelet 111., one of Talgai's cow 3, arrived at the grounds on Wednesday, 7th August, and very shortly developed signs garget. Mr. Young attended to her, and apparently put her right, but on Saturday she had a relapse, and on Sunday was quite off her "feed," her coat was rough and "off," her eyes were sunken, and one quarter of her udder was much inflamed and hard. At 4.30 p.m. on Sunday, Mr. Skinner was asked to attend to her, and he did so. He gave her the mammitein drench, and injected the remedy. By 8 p.m. she was eating, and by morning had cleansed up two feeds. By Tuesday morning the inflammation and swelling had disappeared from the udder, and her milk flow was apparently normal. At noon on Tuesday ! she was judged in the ring, looking a different beast. Mr. Young says that mammitein should become « boon to dairy fanners who are troubled with this dangerous disease in the herds. Price 4/6. From storos and chemists.
