THE INSURANCE ACT. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. London, December 27. Forty-nine doctors in Leeds and a majority in Doncaster have joined the insurance panel. The majority in Edinburge and Leith refused to do so, but panels are being formed in most other centres in Scotland. Commissioners for the Isle of Wight are -organising'a whole time service, engaging fifteen doctors at £3OO a year and,-three specialists at £SOO a year.
