Telephone Exchange.—The Telephone Exchange will remain open continuously. Private box lobby.—Sunday hour* will be observed on December 25 and January 1; usual hours on December 28. Mails.—The usual despatch of all Mails will be made up to 8 a.m. on eaeh of the holidays; receiver*, and posting boxes will be cleared accordingly. Travelling Post Office will rum a* wual. Counter.—Delivery of town letters (ordinary and registered) will be mad* on Tuesday evenings, 24th and Slit inst, from 8 to 9 p.m. Carriers' deliveries.—One full delivery by letter-carriers will be made on th» 66th inst., commencing at 7.50 a.m. SPECIAL FORM OF TELEGRAPH MESSAGE. In order to facilitate the traasmissioa by telegraph of Christmas and New Year's greetings, special printed forms •ontaining the message "Wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year" may be obtained at the Telegraph Office for use on the following dates: 19th, 80th, 21st, 23rd, 24th, 2«th, 27th, 28th, 30th and Slat December.
