For JanuaryFebruary shipment 37s 3d is being asked; for February-March 375, and for March-April 30s 10y 2 d. Liverpool fu tures: Deceniber 88% cents, March 88% cents. There is small retail trade. Australian spot 38s to 40s, New Zealand 38s to 30s. Flour.—Dull; Australian spot 28s. Oats.—Fiat, owing to the large arrivals.
