Sydney, December 20. / Great dissatisfaction continues among telegraphists over the schedule, whidli it is claimed has already broken down. The men are restless at the official delay in dealing with the trouble. \ Melbourne, December 20. Mr. Justice Higgins replied to the telegraphists' appeal for a compulsory conference to settle their grievances that the case needed arbitration, and lie could not promise another hearing owing to other cases that were pending.
