THE PROCHASKA CASE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Vienna, December 17. M. Eol says that the reports of the ill-treatment of M.' Prochaska are unfounded. The Servian charges that shots were fired upon the Consulate are untrue. M. Eol found that the Servians on several occasions adopted an incorrect attitude towards the Consulate, for which satisfaction is demanded.
THE PEACE CONFERENCE. AN ADJOURNMENT. London, December 17. The Peace Conference adjourned until Thursday, to enable the Turks to receive authorisation to sit with the Greeks. The formal—meeting of Ambassadors has opened. INTERNAL DISSENSIONS. Received 18, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, December IS. An almost open breach is reported between Kiamil Pasha and Nazim Pasha. The latter acquired control of the foreign policy through the military party, which presses for a renewal of. the war. The greatest ardour is being shown in .mobilising a new army of a quarter of a million. THE AMBASSADORS' CONFERENCE. Received 10, 12.5 a.m. London, December 18. It is understood that the Ambassadors discussed the future status and area of Albania. The Turkish delegates asked the Bulgarians, Montenegrins and Servi- ' ans to formulate their desiderata pending the receipt of the Porte's instructions to enable them to confer with Greece. There was considerable discussion, but the Allies were unable to accept the proposal, inasmuch as they stand solid 1 . Therefore the conference was adjourned to permit the Turks to communicate with Constantinople.
