m - f SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following weather summary and . forecast was issued by the Government Meteorologist at 5 p.m.: Summary: Warm and hazy weather, with passing clouds, has prevailed in most parts, but very squally conditions were experienced on Sunday night in Foveaux Strait, and •on the west coast of the South Island. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Forecast: Present indications are for unsettled and squally weather, with heavy showers in many parts of the country, ''and local electrical disturbances at times. A coo] change is probable soon. Strong westerly winds, veering to the south, will prevail for a short time, and the barometer will be rising temporarily southward of Cook Strait.
