Amongst those present, were Mrs. Browne (.Mayoress), black costume, trimmed with satin, black hat relieved with emerald green; Mrs. Sefsons. dark grey costume, black .iat: Miss Rov, white muslin, cream hat, wreathed with pink roses: Mrs. Grant, dove grey costume, violet _ floral toque; Miss Grant, tussore silk, blue coloured hat, trimmed with loops of shaded ribbon: M.iss Marshall, navy blue striped voile, trimmed with bands of navv silk,, toque to correspond; Sirs. A.
