CARGO BROACHING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, l,ast Night. Arthur Wilks, a "fireman on the liner Paparoa, was arrested on Saturday afternoon for alleged cargo broaching. A roll of high-class waterproof tweed, valued at £lO, was found in accused's poscontaining the tweed was broken open and material to the value of about £SO is said to be missing.
