Timaru, Saturday. —Sailed, at G. 30 a.m., barque Testalozzie, for Melbourne. Kelson, Saturday.—Sailed, at 12.15 a.m., Otaki, for Waitara. A BUSY DAY. A busy day is anticipated at. the breakwater to-day, there being the Brisbane, with 500 tons of coal, the Iva,rori, with over 1000 tons of coal, and the Kini, with about GOO tons of machinery and general cargo. A shortage of labor is being experienced on the wharf just now, and it is probable that one of the vessels will be unable to discharge.

THE HAUPIRI. The Haupiri arrived from Onelmnga on Saturday and loaded 4405 crates of cheese and a quantity of general cargo, getting away for Welington about 5 p.m. THE BRISBANE. The Brisbane arrived from Newcastle, via Nelson, on Saturday, with about 500 tons of coal Owing to shortage of labor she was unable to discharge her cargo. THE KARORT. The Isarori arrived from Newcastle yesterday with a cargo of coal and will proceed with the discharge of this today. The Otaki is at present loading in the Waitara roadstead for London. A new steamer is being built for the Tyser Line, to be named the Star of Victoria. This vessel will be a cargocarrier, but will be suitable for fitting up as an immigrant ship.
