GOLF.

This afternoon the committee of the New Plymouth Club will open the new pavilion at the, Waiwakaiho Links, when the members of the club and their friends will be entertained at afternoon tea. Brakes will leave the Kia Ora Tearooms at 2.15 and 2.30. For players taking their clubs the long grass at the first four boles has been cut and play will be possible. The holes across the stream will also be playable.
