UNSPEAKABLE TORTURE. THE HORRORS OF WAR. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright, Received 15, 9.50 p.m. London, Peeeniber 13.

The Daily Telegraph's Belgrade correspondent says that a Servian officer captured by the Albanians was brougui to the hospital with his eyes gouged out and his ears and nose cut off. He had also other mutilations. When rescued, his clothes were satiurated with petroleum, and his captors were on the point of setting fire to him. His mother came to the hospital, and was so appalled that she fell dead. The atrocity tends to explain the action of some of the irregular Balkan soldiery towards the Albanians.
