SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association, j Wellington, Last Night. The following weather summary and forecast was issued by the Government Meteorologist at 5 p.m.: Summary: Anti-cyclonic conditions have ruled everywhere, with warm and fair to ■cloudy 'weather generally, and much mist in parts. Land and sea breezes have prevailed. Forecast: Present indications are for warm and hazy weather, cloudy and foggy at times in many parts of the country, easterly breezes predominating in the north, and increasing northerns elsewhere. The barometer has a slight downward tendency in the south.
