BLACKMAILERS ARRESTED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, December 11. At Newark, New Jersey, three men were arrested for sending letters to Dr. Woodrow Wilson, in which they threatened him with death unless he paid a thousand pounds. The men have been identified as Dunn brothers and Selley, of Davenport, a mining settlement. Dr. Wilson left for Bermuda earlier than he intended owing to the receipt of the letters.
