ANOTHER TEACHER'S PROTEST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Monday. The Hawke's Bay branch of "the Teachers' Institute adopted a resolution "That while recognising the value of the Bible and of religion, we maintain that the policy proposed by the Bible-in-Schools League is opposed to civil and religious liberty, and a menace to our national system of education." A strong vigilance committee was appointed.
