CABINET AUTHORISATIONS.

Cabinet has authorised the expenditure of the following amounts:—Foundations of Parliament Buildings, £3000; South Island Main Trunk, £1000; Auckland Grammar School, £6OOO, and £6OOO in 1914; Midland Railway. £4000; Coal ©reek Railway extension £4017; Otago Central Irrigation, £1000;. LawrenceRoxburgh. £2000; Lake Coleridge Works £1718; Railway rolling stock. £0000; twenty miles aerial cables, £3Bll. It has also agreed that the Onehunga wharf be sold to the Auckland Harbor Board.
