THE FLORA. , The Flora was unable to complete the discharge of her cargo on Tuesday night and her departure for. the West Coast had to be postponed till 11 a.m. yesterday. She took away three head of cattle. THE MOA. The Moa arrived from Westport yesterday morning with 101 tons of coal and 25 tons of bricks (the latter being for the Petroleum Company). The vessel got away for Westport about 3 p.m. THE PUTIKT. The Putiki was expected to arrive from Westport last night. She will discharge her cargo to-day.
