Received 24, 5.5 p.m. Ilposo, November 23. A train has arrived with American refugees, who report that the,rebels destroyed the bridges of the Mexican Central Railway and fired fusillades at the train. The women and children were panic-stricken. The rebels are in the native northern districts.
