SUPREME COURT.
AN OIL CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Friday. Judgment was given to-day in the case Herricks r. the Kotuku Oilfields Syndicate. The matter at issue, was some oil boring rights in the Weber district, near Dannevirke. The Chief Justice decided that the defendant company was entitled to hare its rights revived, and that it is liable to pay to plaintiffs £IOO per month in advance, until boring •perations are commenced.
