. SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Wellington, Last Night. The following weather summary and forecast was issued by the Government Meteorologist at 5 p.m.:—Summary: The irinds have been generally variable and moderate in force. The weather has been fair to cloudy and warmer. The barometer is high about the East Cape, and has been unsteady elsewhere. Forecast: Present indications are for mild and hazy conditions, misty and foggy at . times, especially at coastal stations. The winds will be variable, but with increasing northerlies prevailing and a falling barometer everywhere soon.
