RIFLE SHOOTING.
TARANAKI ASSOCIATION. At a meeting of the executive of tltfr Taranaki Rifle Association this week, the lion, secretary (Mr. T. King) WM granted an honorarium of £7 7a for his services during-the past year; v The programme was revised and miftor alterations made. The first match (form' erly the Waitara Match) was altered 1 to the Kaponga Match, and Mr. C. Jackson donated £2 2s as the first pri2e. All special prizes were cut out, and additional money prizes inserted in lieu thereof. Tt was decided to use figure targets in all matches up to 300 yards. The nimnal shooting meeting will be held ou Friday, January 30 and 31, 1913.
