AN EXPLANATION. By Cable—Pnss Association—Copyright. Received 19, 7.55 p.m. Sydney, Novmber 19. The woman found dead in Moore Park has been identified as Catherine Shanahan, a domestic servant, aged 40. It is stated that she was subject to fits, and fell recently, fracturing her skull, for which she was treated at the hospital. It is conjectured that she had another fit, which affected the fracture, inducing the haemorrhage.
