IMMIGRATION.
NEW SOUTH WALES RESTRICTIONS. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. Sydney, November 14. The New South Wales Government has decided to restrict the immigration of artisans. Mr. McGowen states that the influx has largely exceeded the number recommended. The Government has stopped granting assisted passages. The building trades are disappointed at the decision, but the Trades Hall support the Government's action, in view of the shortage of money in the Treasury and the recent dismissals by the Harbor Trust and Water fioard. :
