He declared that Arana visited the region to conceal crimes. Men were sent out with rifles to catch Indians, and those fleeing were shot down. The London-, office was aware of these criminal methods. THE HOME RULE BILL. Melbourne, November 14. Under the auspices of the Ulster and Loyal Irishmen's Association, a meeting in the Town Hall carried an anti-Home Rule resolution, which will be forwarded to Sir Edward Carson.
