S.M. COURT. (From Our Own Correspondent.) At the S.M. Court, before Mr. A. Crookc, S.M., judgment by default was given in the cases of W. Jury v. Colin Limmer, claim £2 liis (id, and costs; Taranaki Fisheries Company v. I). S. Fox, costs 12s lid. Judgment Summons. —In the case of J. G. 'Russell v. ft. Faii|uhar, claim £l3 15s Bd, debtor appeared and offered to liquidate the debt at the rate of £1 per month. Judgment was given accordProhibition. —On Ihe application of the police a prohibition order was granted against Kahn ITneramni. Driving Without Lights.—A native named Koru was fined 5s and costs 12s for driving a vehicle within the Borough after sunset without lights. Passive, Registers.—For failing to attend drill, Robert Thomas and G. V. Coleman were fined 5a and 7s costs.
