The Chicago market is i irregular. The Washington agricultural' bureau estimates the corn harvest at 3,169,137,000 bushels. The estimates for spring and winter months and oats are unchanged. The wheat and flour afloat totalled 2,635,000 ' quarters, for the Continent 2.055,000 quarters. Atlantic shipments amounted to 506,000 quarters, and Paeific to 38,000 quarters. The output from Manila for the week amounted to 19,000 bales.
