AN feMPIRE TRADE MARK. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 10, 5.5 p.m. London, November 10. ' At the Empire Commission a deputation from the Manchester cotton trade, representing £44,000,000 of capital, opposed the Empire trade mark.
