THE FIRE EXTINGUISHED. By Oabk—Press Association—Copyright. Hobart, November 8. An electric suction fan is working at ihe North Lyell mine. Helmetted men penetrated to some of the levels, and found the gases very bad, though the absence of smoke indicates that the fire is out.
