WILSON'S CHANCES. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Washington, November 4. Every indication points to the election of Dr. Woodrow Wilson, according to the best informed political opinion. Wall Street betting is five to one in Dr. Wilson's favor. Mr. Roosevelt has issued a final appeal, declaring that the Progressives alone based their policy upon the deep and lasting needs of the United States. The other parties were boss-ridden and controlled by trusts. It was time that the United States- was freed from their influence. THE WOMEN'S VOTE. Received 5, 8.50 p.m. Washington, November 4. The women's votes are expected to play an important part in the contest. The Californian women's vote is certain to decide between Roosevelt and Wilson.
